Driven Leadership Leads to Astounding Success

Zija International has certainly benefitted from the growing worldwide demand for both health and wellness solutions, but the global growth and success of the Moringa-based network marketing company is in no doubt a result of the leadership at Zija.

And it all starts with founder Kenneth Brailsford.

Brailsford’s personality lends itself perfectly to the company’s growth. By empowering others, staying persistent and never giving up, Brailsford continues to drive the growth and success of Zija International.

Before founding Zija in 2005, Brailsford’s interest in nutraceuticals and network marketing was already a source of success. Brailsford’s experience working in the industry, as a co-founder of Nature’s Sunshine and founder of Enrich International, only fueled his desire to come out of retirement when he learned about Moringa oleifera, a plant utilized throughout the world for its high levels of vitamins, minerals, proteins, antioxidants and omega oils.

After consulting with scientists and researchers to determine the best way to harness the Moringa’s benefits, Brailsford founded Zija International. And since its start, Zija has become a major success in both nutraceuticals and network marketing.

To help drive the company’s success, Brailsford has found the right team of leaders and staff that continue to work enhance the products Zija offers while helping to build the number of distributors worldwide.

And to ensure Zija remains the leader in Moringa-based products, Brailsford teamed with Dr. Josh Plant. Plant graduated in biomedical sciences and currently works to formulate Zija’s products.

With Brailsford leading the way, Zija remains focused on creating health and wellness solutions while offering distributors every advantage to see success in their Zija business.

Brailsford has put a foundation of leadership and innovation in place that will continue to drive the growth of Zija International.

KEB Enterprises purchased Irontown Homes at the end of 2013.

Irontown Homes has been building modular homes for more than 25 years. The modular or prefab building process helps customers save time when it comes to building a home while still allowing unlimited possibilities.

Irontown Homes builds each home they work on to 75 to 90 percent completion in their factory in Spanish Fork, Utah before shipping the home in modules to the home’s location. The process allows the home to built with less material waste while preventing weather delays.

Each home built in the Irontown Homes factory undergoes an arduous engineering process to ensure the home is built to the highest possible building standards.

Modular home building offers several advantages over building a traditional site-built home. The modular building process can cut overall construction time by as much as half when compared to site-built homes. By building the home in a factory, foundation work can be completed at the same time as the factory construction.

Modular construction also reduces the impact building a home has on the environment. There’s less material waste, zero weather damage and the environmental impact on the home’s site is minimal.
