KEB Company Showcases Modular Guest Home at National Builder Conference

Modular Home Featured in Homebuilder Conference


Irontown Homes, a modular homebuilder owned by Kenneth Brailsford's holding company KEB Enterprises, will showcase the latest in modular home innovations at the 2014 PCBC conference in San Francisco, California.

PCBC Attendees will have the opportunity to explore the 534 sq. ft. modular guest June 25 and 26 in the heart of San Francisco.

This home features state-of-the-art smart home technology that showcases complete home automation from Control4 including wireless lighting, motorized shades and skylight, ductless heating and cooling, a discrete security and surveillance system and whole-home audio and complete entertainment control - all accessible and controllable from a smart phone or tablet from anywhere.

The guest home also features some of the most advanced sustainable features such as barn wood siding, weathering steel roof, BIBS (Blown in Blanket System) exterior wall insulation, thermally broken Western Windows with a multi-slide door, tongue and groove cedar ceiling, bamboo wood floors, maple cabinets, tile tub surround and quartz countertops.

The modular guest home was constructed in Irontown Homes' Spanish Fork, Utah factory and will be set in San Francisco for the conference.

Irontown Homes partnered with Professional Builder, Control4, Heritage Home Group, Maze Nails, MechoShade Home Systems, Panasonic and Western Window Systems in constructing this premier modular home.
